Is it racist to raise your children to not date a certain race?

What is their justification for not letting their child date a black person?

@LovelyMel What does respect for your mother have to do with which race you date? Is the mother the racist?

@LovelyMel Can blacks date asians? Can whites? What if someone is half black? Or quarter black? Or 1/28th black? Is it a matter of how they look? What about a really tan white person? How about an albino black person?
