No, I can only remember doing that once. I was on the freeway on a motorcycle and a numbskull in the vehicle in front of me threw a crushed up cool drink can out the window. If I hadn't seen it coming and moved my head it would have hit me in the face. I accelerated until I was alongside the car and did indeed shake my fist. I also used a few more hand signals to convey my anger.
