Need some advice

So my girlfriend has been dealing with stuff from her parents and I've asked her if she'd like to talk about it and when we do talk about if there are any problems in the relationship she says it's hard to date because of the distance between us which is only about minutes away from each other I dont want to leave her when she's going through stuff but at the same time I feel like if I leave her she will not feel as pressured to worry about sating and having relationship. That way she can focus on here problems. What should I do?
