no I could have married a millionaire for her money
she was young ,very pretty
owned planes and yachts ,many companies
I built her home and several businesses for her
but my kids hated her ,
and she did things to make them mad on purpose
her daughter loved me and still does
she and I have not spoken since I told her no
Money is not everything ,I had money ,it could not buy me peace of mind and happiness
God gave me the peace of mind for free
and my kids brought me happiness
Sometimes you have to loose the things that matter to appreciate them
She would not have made me happy ,nor I her
I was just something she wanted to prove with enough money she could have
this time she was wrong ,and No ,I don't regret saying No

@popmol I had money ,
but I had not seen my kids in 12 yrs
my first wife hid them from me ,Imagine 23 and you have it all ,and then your kids are taken from you ,,like they vanished off the earth .
I moved on ,finally owned my own company ,a killer band ,a gorgeous wife
but there was always a huge hole in my being .no amount of drugs or alcohol could make me forget ,part of me was gone ,and it was my pride and arrogance that caused it ..some things money just can't buy .
When my health cost me everything ,I got desperate ,and started driving people nuts that I knew could tell me where my kids were .
And one night I get a call ,its my daughter ,someone gave her my number
I got to watch her walk with her class when she graduated ,
and both of her sisters when it was their time and now 2 grandkids also .
(2 more to go ,and my son ,he is just 10 )
I got to see 2 become nurses ,and now I have 5 grandkids
NO amount of money could buy what I have
2 of greatest words in the world (Father -God )
Daddy - thats me ,,oh and Papaw ,I love that one too
But Nothing can make my heart sing like hearing Daddy ,especially when its from my 35 yr old I now have back in my life .
Money can only buy you so much ,,then you get as bored as everyone else
why else would a lady who owned it all want me
because I could build anything she wanted ,or run it for her
but I would have just been another toy ,,I know alot about toys
I used to own a lot of them myself ,,
