Yeah, I would, Take him down a peg, The truth is harsh but it will set you free. If he can't handle it, that's on him, He can continue to think he's hot shit if he wants but he'll be alone forever if he does.
Maybe it's not even that he thinks they are ugly... Maybe he's actually scared of women
