What happens is someome is scared of a real relationship?

Do we need to let someome on our hearts? My older sister thinks I'm scared of dating again and I don't let someone in my life or in my heart, I may miss out on a wonderful man and relationships will have fights and ups and downs and downs and I can't avoid conflicts forever. I haven't dated in 5 years. What's wrong with that?

ive never dated. no trust with todays society.. people are just out to use you.. just a fling society that dont believe in relationships.
