I need advice about boys.

Moments like this, I wish I had an older sister to talk to. I'm 21 never been kissed never been on a date. I've been on a few dating apps. I talk to guys, in fact a lot of guys on these apps but only a few have really stood out. Every time it gets to the point of meeting, I chicken out and block them from all communication. I know it's because I'm scared. Scared because I don't have a lot of experience. scared I'll get my heart broken. I guess the main thing is... I don't understand why it's so hard to date. I'm scared I'm going to do or say the wrong thing. I didn't grow up with a mom who would tell me about boys or give me advice. We are just not close like that. It's just so frustrating because I sometimes just still feel like I'm a shy, scared 15 year old girl. I guess I just want my first kiss to be special with someone I love and who loves me. I'm just terrible at this dating thing. I just don't know how to let someone get to know me.

Guys are pretty easy... just be yourself and don't try so hard to please them. For me, being yourself and all that entails makes a difference. Also, ask for what you want - HE: How about pizza tonight? She: Hmm, how about Greek instead.

How is usually goes: He: how about pizza tonight? She: I don't care (internally, NOT PIZZA AGAIN! He should know that I am bored of pizza.. I have him lots of hints. And even mentioned that new Greek restaurant a few days ago...)

Dress how you want to. Just know that something tight and slinky, while very cute and quite sexy, is often "very sexy a..and booty! BOOBS" to guys. Not saying you need to think about it, but know that kind of reaction you might get. He should still be a gentlemen regardless of what you wear... Just saying.

Lastly, don't do hints if you can help it. Just sucks... Speak your mind. Answer questions directly. Guys love confidence as much as girls love confidence in guys.

Lastly, don't judge books by covers. (Works for girl to guy, the reverse is also true.) That said, never go out with a guy who won't dress up for you. (if appropriate for the date) Heels suck on a grass lawn concert, kinda thing - don't care who's playing.

Jeesh, shut up soogles: Lastly, dating is like trying on jeans. Sometimes you have to try on a few pairs. Just be open and honest about it. If it doesn't feel very deep or touches you hear much, the relationship is just dating.. :)

Sucks, but good luck!
