Create conversation by asking questions about what she thinks. (Eg, don't ask questions like what did you have for dinner or how did you sleep, nobody cares to talk about that) If a conversation is going well, don't talk forever in the app. Take initiative and ask her out, then plan the date, and pay for it. You'll be a few steps ahead of most guys.

Ask them questions about themselves....every woman likes to talk about herself:)

Befriend them. Don't treat them like goals and you will find that it does wonders. It is not about saying the right thing, it is not a chess game.

Just be genuine.

You will even spare yourself the torment of losing it.
