I’m on the flat prairies. Only Hurricanes are the ones I drink. Now, tornadoes..that’s another story @AstroZombie

@crystalkid Not yet. But I did hear a possible storm of some kind should be here tomorrow.

@crystalkid Thanks. Honestly if it's mostly just a bad thunderstorm either a power surge here and there OR just a few hours blackout. If it's a hurricane...let's hope it's not evacuation level....

Ohh, hope it’s just a bad storm. Really, overall here, it hasn’t been a bad year. No long power outages, no major storms.@AstroZombie

@crystalkid Haven't had a hurricane around these parts since....Irma. So five years back lol.

@crystalkid Definitely. Irma did some major damage. Even ripped a street light out of the ground.

Oh wow! I remember seeing a screen gazebo being blown down the street when I was a kid. Had a plow wing come through about 7-8 years ago. No damage in the yard, but lots of damage in the neighborhood. Power was out for about a day@AstroZombie

@crystalkid Did not enjoy the power outage of 2017. Especially when my imagination ran away and I thought someone was in my apartment...when I lived alone.

Yikes! Worst part of my power outage was no water (I have a well) had to go to a friend for a shower@AstroZombie
