Alternatives to deleting dating apps?

Kinda want to not get notifications again and again and see how the matches I made “play out” I’ve got a handful to juggle and too many conversations makes me burnt out 😔

Is there a way to make accounts invisible to new matches; and only users I swipe on or message can see me? I know there’s a few options; but not sure how they work
