Twerking -Booty Isolation Exercise

Twerking is a good workout. If you want to make your ass firm and look amazing I suggest you try this video for at least two weeks. At first I could barely feel it move but now I can very easily switch between the medius, Maximus, and minimus muscles like a wave. It’s made my dancing more fun and even walking feels different. When you have a strong good looking butt it changes you lol. It’s powerful. Especially if you have someone who admires it and treats it well.

You won’t start feeling it for at least a week, don’t let that stop you. It’s only 13 minutes a day. I also do 20 reverse lunges in the morning and night just to maintain the firmness. Consistency is your friend.
