I’ve decided no man is going to hold me back from going out and having fun

So my fiancé hates dancing and I’ve been asking because that’s my idea of having fun. Last times argument was because an old friend (a dude id invite or would be invited by to go dancing whenever we felt like going to a club) invited me to a club. I let my fiancé know and he was so upset. Claimed he would be sure to take me so I wouldn’t feel the need to go with some other dude.

Anyway. Months have passed and guess what? No dancing. I’ve decided he can either suck it up or get with the program. After all, I partake in the bs he enjoys so why is it such a bugger for him to do this for me?
The husband of one of my employee's wanted to do the clubs in Palm Springs. She said it was fine if he went with me, (Charles is straight, I am gay) We did a gay restaurant then a few dance clubs. Charles had a blast and guys were buying him drinks all night.

Rita (His wife) stayed with my mom and they talked together the entire night. It's a great solution for a woman to have a gay friend to sometimes escort a husband for a harmless "Boys night out"
you're such a nice girl, you need not to worry about someone's permission to allow you. Have fun, enjoy life.

Yeah, there has to be give & take in a relationship. Stick to your guns and shake it out on the floor.

That would be a deal breaker for me too. I don't get how one can equate dancing with "having a good time".
