I Like to Dance and Listen to Music

This is something I'd love to get back into shape to do again. I miss dancing and this is one of the most amazing styles of dance.

I spent over half my life trained in dance... ballet, tap, jazz, modern... but unfortunately never had the opportunity to learn swing. It looks like so much fun! I enjoyed watching this.🙂

@StarLily I'm s glad you did enjoy it. My mother was a swing dance instructor when I was little and danced in competitions. I remember all the trophies she'd bring home and let me play with. I did a little swing dance in my teens, but didn't find that many partners around my age. I've never trained in dance, but have always loved to do it. Ended up dating a few dancers as well, though I didn't know they were when we met.

There's just something about dance, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about, that just feels so free and expressive. :)

I absolutely do know what you're talking about with dance! I started dancing when I was 8 and fell in love with it!

I've heard that dancers really do fall in love at an early age. I think at 8 I was playing in canyons or my friends tree house, maybe doing archery with my mom, but don't think I was hooked on anything just then.
