I Love to Dance
It's my favourite type of exercise. Was feeling a bit down today but didn't feel like going to the gym, so I put on a dance workout dvd that I haven't done in years, and worked out to that. I think dancing is a good and fun way of exercising, plus, it seems to help my mood. I couldn't do some of the workout that I used to be able to do, but I did most of it and enjoyed it.
