I Love Dancing In the Rain

One day after school I was staying at my best friend Sophie's house until my mum had finished work and was ready to pick me up. It was pouring with rain, but Sophie was set on going outside to play in the puddles. I just followed her, because I prefer to get drenched with water than drench her enthusiasm 😃 So we sneaked out in our school uniforms and got soaked to the skin. Sophie's mum was furious and made us undress on the back doorstep before she would let us back into the house. For some reason, the only dry clothes that could be found for me were some of Sophie's old pyjamas. I ended up travelling back to my house in disgrace, wearing rainbow pyjamas, which were sort of appropriate 😕
