A devastating crash in Colorado nearly two years ago ended the life of 17-year-old Magnus White, a rising cyclist for Team USA. He was on a training ride just 2 days before he was set to compete in the world championships when a driver hit and killed him along Highway 119 in Boulder.
The driver who was intoxicated, and spent the entire night before drinking heavily, was sentenced to 4 years in prison 2 days ago.
My heart breaks for his poor parents. I can’t imagine how much pain and grief they must have. 😣
