To be truthful, I'm not up on who drives for which team, who is the best, etc... I remember "The good old days" with the likes of Jimmy Clark (best driver - of all types of machines - ever?) and my favorite, Damon's dad Graham.

Edit: I believe - penalty lap included - he ran the most laps by a winning driver in the Indy 500.

I started watching in 2017, the race in Singapore where two Ferraris sandwiched a Red Bull, resulting in Lewis' victory (or at least made it easier).

@Classified Yes Villeneuve. Of all the F1 drivers who competed in the Indy 500, I also believe he's been the only one to have won there first then won the F1 championship.

I went to watch formula 1 because I'm Dutch and Max was driving and was doing well and then the first race I try that happens. 😅😅

Being Dutch you must speak at least two languages? Mrs. Colanbrander taught French in our Canadian high school. One day she comes in, its ON her desk and starts speaking Dutch to us.

Nary a race. It feels more sensible to watch it from TV. I don't see the added value of actually going there.

Dutchies sensible? They talk about an orange army on tv, because every single race there will be Dutch people attending it live and there are a crazy lot of them at Spa and Zandvoort. 😅
