They are all the same. You raise revenue, you make them money, then they blame you of losing them money. They are heartless, rude, and unfriendly to customers. They have not one ounce of hospitality in them. They rob people of their money. They treat their workers like slaves and pay them very little for their hard work. They are unappreciative. The list goes on and on.
