You are talking about a luxury, when people are having a hard time with food.

Why not say "Let them eat cake"! So that they can really turn mad.

Or are you one of those that say "Inflation is good"?

@InterdimensionalSideEye There's a lot things you can get for free when you are old enough to be retired. Unfortunately now food isn't one of them.

Probably not, provided you select a salon with a good reputation for standards of care and hygiene. Perhaps by recommendation of friends or relatives.
