@ABCDEF7 personally speaking. yes. a little but yes. however, i leave jammu 7 years ago due to my studies. because education was not good here. but now it's improve much. i can observe. nothing more i can tell. visit jammu and see it yourself.

@Gangstress Just asked because in most of north Indian regions people celebrate both Chaitra & Sharada Navratris, but in Bengal they mostly celebrate only Sharada Navratri in September/October.
