Degbeme · 70-79, M
@Jeephikelove

Canadian back bacon made from lean boneless pork loin, trimmed fine, wet cured, and rolled in cornmeal

Peameal bacon is a wet-cured, unsmoked back bacon made from trimmed lean boneless pork loin rolled in cornmeal. It is found mainly in Ontario.
Jeephikelove · 51-55, F

CountScrofula · 41-45, M
I live in the middle of nowhere, my snowblower gets plenty of use but it's a 30km drive to the nearest town and 150km to the nearest city. I put a LOT on my car.
Jeephikelove · 51-55, F
@CountScrofula where are you??
CountScrofula · 41-45, M
@Jeephikelove Northern Alberta, lol. I'm a couple hours north of Edmonton.

ffony · M
@Jenny1234 Everybody knows it's a cludgie
swirlie · 31-35, F
@Jenny1234
The USA is the only country in the world I've traveled to where they call a washroom a 'bathroom' but it has no bathtub or shower when you get in there!
JimboSaturn · 51-55, M
When you use your backyard as a fridge.
Jenny1234 · 51-55, F
JimboSaturn · 51-55, M

JimboSaturn · 51-55, M
Did your mother ever put milk or bread bags over your feet because your boots are wet inside?
Jenny1234 · 51-55, F
@JimboSaturn my mother wrapped two scarves around me. One around my neck and the other around my face. Thought I was being smothered. Did your mother do that?
JimboSaturn · 51-55, M
@Jenny1234 No but I had this really long scarf that would wrap all around my arms and everything underneath my snowsuit :P

Omg yes are parents were crazy but in their defence, we actually did spend a lot of time outside then!
Jenny1234 · 51-55, F
Jeephikelove · 51-55, F

JimboSaturn · 51-55, M
When you get excited about the temperature going up to 0 C in the spring.
ffony · M
@JimboSaturn I remember when minus 10C felt like a nice mild morning; spring in the air! Also finding that wrench you lost in the snow 3 months ago and it isn't rusted. All distant memories now that we live on the coast.
JimboSaturn · 51-55, M
@ffony totally!
JimboSaturn · 51-55, M

JimboSaturn · 51-55, M
Jenny1234 · 51-55, F
@JimboSaturn do you have just one jug or are you like some people and you have three of them lined up along the door of your fridge?
JimboSaturn · 51-55, M

@LifeIsShort it’s beautiful
JimboSaturn · 51-55, M

When I was a kid. There were only 8 CFL teams and two of them were named Roughriders. So only in Canada can you say "Roughriders 21, Roughriders 7"
