Not a chance! As I found out the very hard way, if you marry a Canadian, you'll be conducting your first 2 anniversaries on a chat client, before they give you an oz of status! Now if you are a fictional being, like Santa Claus, parliament will make you a citizen, but if you have a real marriage, the government has the right to interfere with it
