If Canadian bacon is Ham then what do they call bacon?

Actually real Canadian is back bacon 🥓 not ham. It’s smoked and cured boneless part of the pork lion not the belly .

@WowwGirl You can buy it thicker, thinner or just buy a piece and slice it your self.
