Dear Canadians, What could go wrong if you become the 51st state of USA?

I only see positives and no negatives in doing so.

@DanielsASJ Canadian government health care costs half as much and yields 3 more years of life expectancy. Any integration would involve everyone signing up for Canadian health care, and all US health insurance companies (a $3 trillion business sector) going bankrupt!
