If you just want a bigger or smaller tou have to pay for it. And the doctors up there have the expertise from corrective surgery they perform.
I had a small cyst on my bottom lip when I was in grade six. I started playing clarinet in school and it literally started growing as soon as my clarinet practice started. By summer it had grown and my mom took my to the doctor to have it removed. I still remember that day 40+ years ago. I was told it was a plastic surgeon who removed it.
It was covered under our provincial health insurance even though the cyst was not harmful. It was just ugly and annoying
