When I lived in California, this happened every summer, often for weeks at a time. The rest of the country isn't used to it.

You hardly can even name the issue. You win total ecocide because you can't name a single alternative to cars and wars. Gahead. You cannot. It's a national project to avoid all solutions and alternative.
