absolutely... it's all about racial bias. But how are you going to finesse your status, because if you leave (I've been told) on an expired visa, they bar you from entering the country ever again.

@LittleAnnie That's true. Nobody is overly concerned here about white immigrants. Trump once said he encouraged more European immigration, to offset the number of folks coming here from "other" places. 🙄
