They are all very similar as they are all verbs that tell you you are observing something. They can be used interchangeably very often.

I look at the dog running away.
See, the dog is running away!
I watched the dog running away.

I can hear you. I hear you.
Listen to me. I listened to the music.
Did you hear the news?
Did you listen to the news?
