Just Watched A Couple....
..of the parts of 'Harry & Meghan'...part 2 focusses on the British Media......and also reminded me about the whole Brexit time, co-inciding with their engagement....
Horrible time in which we still are feeling the aftershocks. And, as said in the docuseries, immigration is seen to be about race....and I remember all the racial comments, and xenophobic, made towards friends and work colleagues.
Just horrid to see how Meghan's race had been brought up, time and time again. Very sad.
You can understand why they left the country.
I'm not a M & H fan, by any stretch of the imagination - I'm quite the royalist - and whilst I can't condone how they left the country, I can certainly see why they did.
