Nope facists were left wing. Thus right wing Churchill was the antidote to Hitler's left wing nuttery. The facist doctrine is prominent in most leftist politics. We elected a socialist government here and they are busy shutting schools that don't agree with them. Of course they are also trying to control industry by making it dependent on government blessings. My company has been doing work in a certain hospital for many years now and we had a small repair to do on something we did over 10 years ago. We couldn't get in because we were not approved.

Ha ha ha you honestly think political scientists understand political philosophy? The truth is socialism has its roots in Hegelian philosophy with the communists placing a greater emphasis on Marx while facists add a layer of Nietzsche. The core is the same and the result is very similar.

The point I am making is simply that the similarity between facism and communism is striking. Where as libertarian individualism is strikingly different. I consider libertarian individualism right wing whereas I consider totalitarianism left wing. The facists and the communists both generated totalitarian governments thus they are left wing.
