Have you ever tried eating " Dosa " ?
It's a Crispy and spicy dish from down south of India, I ate it 1st time in an India Restautant here in Philippines, it looked yummy 🍹

@HijabaDabbaDoo not really. It is crisp when fresh. Gets soggy fast though. Matter for 5 minutes 😊 especially if it has masala inside. Else slightly longer.

@WandererTony you have different textured dosas. Even the crunchy ones are soft in the centre
