Small and simple fair - a few stalls selling dress, kitchen utensils, costume jewelry, home appliances, wallhangings, or home decorative items, pickles and spices, some food stalls, a stage for songs, dances, cultural presentation - an occassion for the local people to buy necessary things, or knickknacks, or to just roam around, eat savories or fries, icecream & enjoy. That is the scene. There were a few merry go round and roller coaster type stuff for kids
