This is actually why, in my post on DEI, I made emphasize on the meaning of DEI. DIVERSITY EQUALITY and INCLUSION.

It's more than just a race issue. Those that lower it to just "skin color" really don't want to understand what DEI is all about.

It's a whole way of thinking that these supremacist find offensive. So they lower it to just one issue, skin color.

@DeWayfarer And that’s why so many white women, not realizing that just as with affirmative action in general, they were part of DEI outreach, lost their jobs, too, when those programs were cut.
