That's not what DEI is.

It's falsely and inauthentically pretending that giving unfair advantages and benefits to supposed oppressed minorities makes up for racist acts long in the past.

It doesn't, it merely flips the discrimination to discriminate against more worthy people because they aren't designated as oppressed or a minority.
