Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are organizational frameworks which seek to promote the fair treatment and full participation of all people, particularly groups who have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination on the basis of identity or disability.
The word "particularly" makes it unfair because it favorably represents one race, ethnicity, or group over another.
Sorry. 🤷🏿😏

@RoguishEyes no it doesn't. It means elevating those who are under-represented to a level playing field. It's like noting that one team has eleven players whilst the opposing team has eight. By paying particilar attention to recognising the team with eight, and adding three more players to make eleven, it simply makes the situation equal.

@Thrust It's not his fault. He has been assimilated. Absorbed.

@RoguishEyes you're missing the context. "Particularly" refers to groups who have so far been under represented through bigotry. Those who are represented fairly don't need particular attention because they are already on a level playing field. It's for those who aren't. I know complex issues are beyond you. The world is too complicated for your two brain cells to cope.
