No, I don't think it is.
My dad was racist and I remember him ruthlessly laughing at his own jokes. He got fired after 30+ years teaching for making sexist jokes to his female students in his automotive class.
I don't find racist satire funny either. Maybe if it wasn't still an issue. I just feel there's still people out there fighting this crap while others just laugh it off. I don't think it requires a certain sense of humor, I think it requires a bit of ignorance and lack of empathy to joke about something that ruined people's lives and gets the killed to this day.
