Imagine if people were as different from each other as dogs are!

Colours would be way more varied than now, and very few of us would be just one colour.
There would be huge variety in the shapes of faces and bodies.
Some people would be three times the height of others, and the range of normal body weights would be off the charts.

Dogs mostly get along with each other!
Why do humans have such a hard time getting along with each other, with the slight variations between us??

Imagine if we tried getting along, looking at my cat if I say "Hi' while he sleeps just wakes up and says "merrrow' I know the expression before. He finds it easy, and really I have him at no human would accept, but now he is just gently sleeping when he's the feisty one? What gives?
