You are never prepared to see the horror of police excessive force. It seems more prevalent because more people are activists, and police numbers are diminishing!

Actually, there are more activists because of the visibility of the abuse. Possibly police are leaving because doing the job under a microscope is difficult even when you’re not a bully who profiles and harasses people.
