Has anyone investigated this guys record? If he's documented having these issues only with minorities, then the case for racism has just cause. Maybe he's just an asshole. Maybe he's done this to people regardless of race. Maybe he's simply a shitty cop. There's no excuse, he's on the hook either way.

@SinlessOnslaught I've been in county and I'll tell you, there's some decent cops and some total pricks. The fuckwads didn't seem to target one segment of the population, they were fucking pricks to everyone equally. I'm not saying there aren't racist fuck cops, I know there are. I'm just saying some cops are jerks in general. I knew a white dude that kept getting tasered everytime he kept trying to tell them he couldn't breathe.
