Depends what you mean by discriminate. If I see someone wearing a mask with their hood up I'll think they're up to no good. So yes.

You could even say if I have a disagreement with someone based on different culutral norms where our morality clashes then yes, because its cultural.

Otherwise i judge by individual merits.

@Shanky321 well you'd think so but when its so ingrained into a persons sense of morality and being then it becomes their default way of interaction, so when they clash it becomes quite apparent.

As some who has experienced silent racism themselves, absolutely not.
