I Hate Racism and Discrimination

As a mutt I have encountered those looks which day so much. I'm one eighth Japanese and I see people look that there's something oriental about my eyes, but there's more than that!

To think me incapable because of it is a very big mistake!

I have granddaughters who are half Danish. One of them looks Asian. She's gorgeous and she's petite, and her eyes are kind of Asian. She hasn't run into racism...at least she's never mentioned it if she has, but, she has been asked which Asian is she. And she says she isn't. And that's where the weirdness starts. Some people tell her not to lie; there's no reason to be ashamed; Asian women are beautiful; don't deny your heritage.

It's a bizarre reaction. It's disrespectful.

@DaxPellissier I wasn't saying you do. I was telling you what people say to her. She really isn't Asian. She's half English and half Danish. But she's been accused of denying her true heritage. Some people think she's lying.
