I Hate Racism and Discrimination

I was talking to a white guy, awhile back about using the N word. He couldn’t understand why he couldn’t use that word. Then he went on about black people being too sensitive and we get offended easily. He proceeded to tell me that slavery was over, and I should get over it. So while he’s explaining to me reasons for why white people, should offend black people with racial slurs, because it’s called “freedom of speech” bs, eI’m just sitting back laughing at this idiot. After he was done, I came back with this...

“Nobody is stopping you from using the N word. By all means, do so really loud, in a crowded place full of black people. And see how that works out for you.”

After I said that, the racist idiot shut up. The N word comes with a warning. That’s the point. And that fool was too dumb to realize that. If you’re questioning why a word shouldn’t be offensive based on your lack of experience, to those that know more than you based on their’s, then enough said.

It's a word.
The sentiment and intent behind it can mean various things, dependant on the social culture of those using it, at a given point in time.

The word is not offensive to a percentage of african americans, they often call themselves and friends the same thing. But that is OK?

No, it's hypocritical & racist.

Some people are just ignorant to the historical significance, and offense caused by a word. This is due to it's common use and normalising of the word via african american people such as Rappers, comedians and actors.

@BeachBum I don’t think it’s okay for anybody to use. I don’t care how they use it.

@NaturalBeautyQueen i expect that you would call a black person out on it too then... :) very good.
NaturalBeautyQueen · 41-45, F
@BeachBum I most certainly would and have too. It is a slap in our ancestor’s face, anytime that word is used. I hate everything about it.

@imLobo don’t start with the drama.

I may be a lot of things. A “racist”, I am not.

I actually think that it’s funny that you would call me a “racist” when you don’t 1. Obviously know anything about me. 2. Don’t have anything else to say. 3. Just lol.
