@cerealguy I got another one, but it tastes gross 🤢 A tbsp or two(depends if it gives you a headache) of unfiltered ACV, about 6oz warm water and optional 1tsp of raw, unfiltered honey. Drink fast with a straw and rinse after cause that acidity isn’t good for the teeth enamel. Just don’t brush right after.
