@cerealguy See a doctor to ensure it’s not a sinus infection especially if it’s gone on for a while and you’re blowing yellow stuff out of your nose. If it is then you may need antibiotics.

Otherwise I take Tylenol cold and flu to help with sinus symptoms.

@cerealguy You need to do a sinus rinse. Get a kit like this

Use it twice a day. You MUST use distilled water. It’s going to clear your sinuses.

Fun fact: Most times antibiotics are NOT needed for a sinus infection and will not help you. Doctors over prescribed antibiotics. Most SINUS infections will clear on their own by doing sinus rinses.

Take it from this girlie who has been dealing with a bacterial sinus infection almost 2 years that does require antibiotics.

If it becomes an ongoing issue you need to have a swab done to see if it’s bacterial.

If you’re having other issues like it’s moved into your chest then go to the doctor.
