I Am An Immigrant

I don't understand why we're all at each others throats over immigration now. I've been here for 13 years. It wasn't like this before. Ever since Trump became President immigration has become a bad word.I feel like he's turning Americans against each other.

It is a sad truth about human beings that when things go wrong in their lives, they look for someone else to blame.It is another sad truth that we find it simpler to blame some one, or some group, who is different to "us" It is also a sad truth that some opportunists will take advantage of these other human failings for their own ends. usually for power and wealth.
There will always be the angry, damaged and stupid who will follow and the cruel and violent who will gladly do the work. It has happened before.
