鈥he 58-year-old "casually and frequently unleashed misogynistic and homophobic language" to denigrate NFL peers from 2010 all the way to 2018, when he rejoined the Raiders.

The emails, which span from 2010 until 2018, when the coach signed a 10-year deal with Las Vegas after years as a "Monday Night Football" analyst, include Gruden calling Goodell a "f-----" and "clueless anti-football p----," criticizing Goodell for allegedly pressuring then-Rams coach Jeff Fisher to draft "queers," and messages to Allen that featured photos of topless Washington Football Team cheerleaders.
Honestly he was a moron for thinking he could be in a high profile authoritative role and carelessly send emails like that when Big Brother can easily go back and see the conversations had probably using their email domains.

@Lostpoet I do as well but he wasn鈥檛 smart in doing so and it caught up to him. Pretty sure when he said the full length word in reference to an openly gay man that he was obviously personally offended was a part of the sport he loves, he meant it in an anti-gay way.
LostpoetM
@PerfectionOfTheHeart did you read the email?
PerfectionOfTheHeart46-50, F
@Lostpoet Emails. Plural. And of course I didn鈥檛 as I鈥檓 just a member of the public who doesn鈥檛 have the authority to. But others did and they did share information that warrants a discussion that needed to be had.
LostpoetM
@PerfectionOfTheHeart They could have suspended him or gave him a fine.
PerfectionOfTheHeart46-50, F
@Lostpoet He decided to resign. It was his decision.
LostpoetM
@PerfectionOfTheHeart true. But in my opinion he shouldn't have even had to make that choice and this issue shouldn't even have gone public.

@Lostpoet He鈥檚 a public figure so even if it doesn鈥檛 seem right how private conversations got shared publicly, the way he conducts himself within a profession that affects a lot more people than just himself is kind of a big deal. There was an end game here that was desired from those who may have experienced the behavior detailed in the emails. And bringing the information forward publicly would more than likely give the result that was needed鈥nd it did.
LostpoetM
@PerfectionOfTheHeart They were private emails.

@PerfectionOfTheHeart Guys swear and joke around it doesn't mean that he actually ment what he said.
LostpoetM
@PerfectionOfTheHeart I hate to quote Eminem but just because someone says that they are going to kill someone doesn't mean that they actually going to do it or they mean it.
LostpoetM
@PerfectionOfTheHeart And I've been made in fun of at work and have been called gay and and closeted by my former bosses and even plant managers and they've never gotten fired for it.
