It’s quite plausible such stories come from civilizations far older than ours. Rumor has it Cinderella’s glass slippers are a new twist. Supposedly at least one translation says her slippers were made of fur.
Disney was founded in 1923. For just a bit over one hundred years, compared to the estimate of how long man (modern man, Homo sapiens) has existed…200,000-300,000 years) fairy princesses have been “known” to be white, because Walt Disney.
That doesn’t mean it’s ever been true, assuming fairy tale princesses can be discussed as true.

@Mamapolo2016 Everyone knows Snow White doesn't exist as a person. However, that image has existed in the cultural and social consciousness of America. Just as Uncle Tom, Uncle Sam, and Santa Claus did not exist in person but everyone recognizes the relevance of these images.
Snow White is white - always has been. Uncle Tom is black - always has been. That is part of what they mean to intelligent (and honest) people who recognize and acknowledge the history that supports these facts. Anything that flies in the face of that is going to be questioned - at least initially - by most rational people. Pretending that no one will or should notice if, for example, someone made Uncle Tom into a Mexican or Snow White into a black woman is that dishonest, mutation of reality and order that liberals are using to distort and poison so many aspect of our society today.
In simpler terms, get the fuck out of here with that bullshit.
