In some instances hard working and kind. Other instances hard working and competitive.
I think that's the same with people from different racial backgrounds.
I try and just take people as they come.

Hard workers but its all about the money for them. I was working Night shift in an Aged Care home. Most of our Indian Co-workers were agency staff. Even so we had some regulars.
The thing that I found with these agency staff where. On the weekends they would work a Morning Shift at one place. An afternoon at a second and then come to here for a night shift. Napping in their cars on their breaks and between shifts. By Sunday night, it was like the walk of the living dead. Absolutely f#cking useless. And one of them crashed his car a couple of times that year, driving home on the Monday morning.

I get along with tribal people

Worked a lot with some in the IT division, no problem at all, one did not wear deodorant.

Usually good and conscientious, but like all groups there is a range of personalities.
