Art or junk journal?

Does anyone use a journal? I have since I was a kid. I find it cathartic. Over the years it’s morphed to junk journaling. I even make the books now out of all kinds of materials. If you do share some pictures if you would. Nothing too personal. Here’s some favorite spreads of mine , with little writing 🙂

I love your journals, they're so creative!! Thanks for showing us.

I have a sketch book that I sometimes use as an art journal (mostly mandalas), but writing is my favorite kind of journaling.

I've kept all my journals since I was a teen. Here are a few of them - I've gone through many more since I posted this.
