People don't choose either one. They are convinced by one or the other.

@canusernamebemyusername why not both?

@Millerdog For Evolution by Natural Selection, magical entities are merely superfluous. To introduce them would be a completely unnecessary complication
Millerdog · 56-60, M
@newjaninev2 then how do you introduce everything ?
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@Millerdog I’m not sure what you mean by everything.

@newjaninev2 the universe and everything in it. it got here somehow. that's what this topic is all about
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@Millerdog Not at all. Cosmology and abiogenesis are completely different topics to evolution.

Creationist like to believe god created all life that you see, exactly as you see it. Evolution is the explanation for the diversity of life .

@DocSavage and as life is diverse, then creationists would merely be claiming that their god created that diversity, whereas evolution completely, consistently, and coherently, explains that diversity without needing to resort to magic.
